WitrynaExEvolution • 5 yr. ago. Yes, they stack, as long as the effect has a number. I believe the only powers that don't stack are Corruption and Barricade. Corruption doesn't stack because all skills are simply set to 0 cost with exhaust, and barricade just prevents block from fading at the end of your turn.
