For regular employees who joined IBM on or after 18 July 2024, the notice period will be 90 days, irrespective of their probation status (whether on probation or not). WebWaiver of Penalty Request. Taxpayers may request a waiver of the penalty amount as long as the request is in writing and the principal tax and interest amounts due are paid.
