(too soft rear rebound) Second take apart your shock and measure the diameter and thickness of every shim in the problem stack. Third would be to adjust it in the direction that you need. I actually just use SAW shims because I have a metric shit-load for the eleventy-million SAWs I've valved and built, vs the 1 set of Fox 2.5s on the rear of my truck.
