For whatever it's worth, running a 2024 DHX2 on a 2024 Enduro frame with a 550lb coil. The Fox manual recommends 3-4 clicks out of 8 for HSR (from closed) and 3-4 clicks out of 18 (from closed) for LSR. That's a REALLY slow setting. A "normal" feeling rebound setting is around 4-5 HSR and 9 LSR.

But the way Fox have built their 2024 X2 makes this a real PITA as it's got the HSR VVC circuit which, according to fox, requires a watchmakers level of tooling to adjust.
