Cymbalta can cause insomnia and anxiety IMO. Remeron does cause people to crave sugar and to overeat. I gained 10 kilos on it in a few months it was insane. But it was the only AD that ever helped me sleep. I'm not on it now though bc of the weight gain it did cause me.
